Exchange of the product can be done within 72 hours of receiving the product in case any damaged or wrong product was received by the customer.
The customer will be responsible to send the damaged product back to us after which we will deliver the correct product.
We offer no returns or refunds as all the products bought on our website are charged with energies in the name of the person buying them and can’t be given to anybody else.
No cancellation of order once payment is made. For exchange, please share the picture of the product received and the picture of the bill on our WhatsApp.
