Always make an opening video of the product, and reach out to us within 72 hours, if you do not have a opening video or you fail to reach out to us within 72 hours we will not be in a position to replace it for you.

This absolutely depends on the location, courier service and weather, but under normal circumstance the package will reach you within 10 - 15 days.
