Shipping
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 7-12 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Free shipping is available for orders over ₹500 within India. No free shipping to other countries. (chargeable as per the guidelines by the delivery partners)
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined by us.
Lost/Stolen Packages
The Stardust Studio (https://thestarduststudio.com/) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.
Return Request Days
- Exchange of the product can be done within 72 hours of receiving the product in case any damaged or wrong product was received by the customer.
- The customer will be responsible to send the damaged product back to us after which we will deliver the correct product.
- We offer no returns or refunds as all the products bought on our website are charged with energies in the name of the person buying them and can’t be given to anybody else.
- No cancellation of order once payment is made. For exchange, please share the picture of the product received and the picture of the bill on our WhatsApp.
