Return & Exchange Policy:

• Each Hanuman Ji Pyrite & Selenite Frame is handcrafted using natural Pyrite stone, which is then coated with a protective resin layer to shape and preserve the intricate Hanuman Ji form. This technique ensures durability and maintains the natural vibration of the Pyrite crystal.
• Please note, this is not a full murti carved entirely out of Pyrite, as large raw Pyrite blocks of such size are extremely rare and would cost approximately ₹2,00,000 and above depending on availability, wastage, and carving.
• Minor variations in color, texture, or crystal formation are natural characteristics of genuine stones and not considered defects.
• Each piece is unique and individually charged with divine energy before dispatch.
• To claim any damages or missing products, kindly make an unboxing video upon receiving your package.
• We do not offer returns, as all products, especially crystals, are personalized and charged to the person who places the order.
• Each Pyrite & Selenite Frame is thoughtfully handcrafted, featuring authentic, natural stones. Subtle variations in structure, texture, and alignment are a natural part of the stone’s charm, adding to its uniqueness. These natural characteristics are not flaws but a signature of its authenticity, ensuring no two frames are ever exactly alike.
