• All clusters and geodes are 100% natural formations. Variations in size, shape, weight, texture, cracks, color tones, and crystal arrangements are natural and not considered defects.
• These are delicate items that may have minor chips, natural lines, or surface irregularities. This is inherent to raw crystal formations.
• Every piece is one-of-a-kind. Customers will not receive an identical replica of any reference image.
• Due to the natural and fragile nature of clusters and geodes, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be entertained once the product is sold and shipped.
• Customers are advised to handle with care, as clusters and geodes are prone to breakage if dropped or mishandled. Any damage caused post-delivery is not the responsibility of The Stardust Studio.
